Hi, I’m Jazz
I support businesses that were built from passion to build an authentic social media presence that matches their real life expertise and backs up their reputation.
I started Jazz Digital Studio to solve a problem I experienced firsthand. As a mum of two, I've spent a lot of time searching for a product or service amongst the thousands, trying to find the one that spoke to me and trying to work out who to trust and book with, based solely on what I could find online. I know what makes someone with a lot on their plate feel safe choosing your business, and that perspective shapes everything I do.
But knowing what makes someone feel safe is only half of it, design is what really plays a big part in getting that feeling across. 10+ years as a graphic designer, 6+ years in marketing, and a genuine belief that good design isn't decoration, it's what makes someone stop scrolling, trust what they're looking at, and take you seriously within seconds. Without it, even the best content and the best business can get scrolled straight past.

From here, coaching clients walk away with a plan and process to create and post their own content with confidence, while management clients hand it over entirely as I get started writing, designing and building it out for you.

Coaching clients get an action plan after every call, plus ongoing support to keep them on track. Management clients get a client hub where every piece of content is planned, written and designed, ready for your sign-off before anything goes live. We start with my enquiry form which gives us both the chance to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Then we can jump on a discovery call to discuss in more detail what you’re after, where you’re struggling and any questions you have for me. From there we can decide the best next step.

Yes! I’m a graphic designer with 10+ years of experience and I’m really passionate about high quality design that truly reflects the heart your business is built on. When you’re a Content Handled or Full Presence client, I ensure that your brand identity is shown in your content, so every piece comes together to make sure it’s always looking recognisable, familiar & safe.

I have packages so you know what to expect, and if you need more/less support, there’s a clear package you can move to.

I use Notion as a shared client hub for content planning and approvals, so you always know what’s going out and when. This is fully set up by me and shared with you. We also stay in touch, weekly or monthly (depending on your package) via Telegram and calls.
